"Kiluea"
Made from the same tree as "Whale Belly" this vase has the same splash of color up the side. (nails available on request) The lava has really been flowing lately from Kiluea. For some reason the deadly hot pahoehoe is so very attractive. One can't help but want to touch it but, even after cooling, it is quite unpleasant to the touch. This piece emulates the flowing twisting nature of that lava but it feels as nice as it looks.
