"Whale Belly"
A relatively utilitarian piece with a marvelous sheen on the inside and a pleasing texture on the outside. The dramatic colors in this piece are the result of nails being driven into this neighborhood corner tree as it was growing. I think there may be a visible hole in the middle of that dark area. I've saved the nails if you want them.
